An inspired fusion of tomatoes with fragrant spices. Equally delicious topping white fish or cheese, it’s sure to become a household favourite. Authentically made with choice ingredients. I wouldn’t have it any other way.

This chatni has a pleasant, bright flavour intended to enhance pork, poultry and full flavoured fish. Cover the top of a wheel of brie and bake, use as a spread on a grilled poultry sandwich, blend with cream cheese for an appealing appetizer. Great with hard cheeses or to accompany a vegetable or chicken curry. Delicious baked with halibut and other firm white fish.

Ingredients: Tomatoes (tomatoes, tomato juice, salt, calcium chloride, citric acid), sugar, raisins, apple cider vinegar, water, lime juice, fresh ginger, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, spices, tabasco (vinegar, red peppers, salt), lime zest.

Use This Product

  • Spread 2 to 3 tbsp. on top of a small round of brie, microwave briefly (or warm in a 350F oven for 8 minutes); serve as an appetizer with your favourite crackers;
  • Use as a tasty sandwich spread, especially in a ham, turkey or chicken sandwich;
  • Serve as a side condiment with a vegetable or chicken curry;
  • Blend into cream cheese and serve with crackers;
  • Add some olive oil to a baking dish, swirl to coat the bottom, place one or more pieces of halibut or another firm white fish in a oven-proof dish. Top with Tomato Chutney, bake in a 350F oven until the halibut is done (about 15 to 20 minutes). Serve immediately.
  • Use as an aromatic, tasty condiment on a cheese platter;
  • Add to your favourite risotto.
