Vancouver Pastry Chef Wendy Boys’ Grandma Lillian made this family recipe every year with the rhubarb harvested on their family farm. “Grandma preserved everything in the garden, but this relish was the family favourite. It’s on our family dinner table every day. No celebration is complete without a jar of this delicious condiment.”

Goes with: Roast pork, BBQ-ed anything, burgers, smokies, turkey burgers, smeared on sandwiches and roast beef.
